All content on this site (text, visuals, logos, tools, code) is the property of Paret Labs or used with authorisation, and is protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction, representation or reuse, in whole or in part, without prior written authorisation is prohibited. Third-party trademarks and logos mentioned (notably clients') remain the property of their respective owners.

## 4. Personal data

Paret Labs, as data controller, collects personal data in the following cases:

- **Contact form**: name, work email, phone and message, in order to answer your request. The form is operated through [Formspree](https://formspree.io).

- **Booking**: slots are booked through [Calendly](https://calendly.com), which collects the information needed for scheduling (name, email, chosen slot).

This data is used solely to handle your requests. It is neither sold nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. Each processing operation, its legal basis, retention period and recipients are detailed in our [privacy policy](https://paretlabs.com/confidentialite.html) (in French).

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them, write to flo@paretlabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the [CNIL](https://www.cnil.fr).

## 5. Cookies and trackers

The site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tracker, social widget or cross-site tracking tool. **It does not measure its traffic.** No resource is loaded from a third-party server: the typeface is served from this domain. No banner is shown, because there is nothing to consent to.

Should we introduce audience measurement, it will be a solution meeting the CNIL's consent-exemption criteria: audience measurement for our sole account, anonymous statistics, no cross-referencing, no cross-site tracking, no transmission to third parties, data hosted in the European Union. This page will be updated before it goes live.

Paret Labs strives to keep the information published on this site accurate, including the estimates produced by the ROI calculator, which remain indicative orders of magnitude and constitute neither a quote nor a contractual commitment.
